This policy explains what information Osgec LLC, doing business as Osgec 3PL (“Osgec”, “we”), collects through this website and its fulfillment services, and how we use it.

- Contact form. When you send our contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your estimated order volume and your message.
- Client information. If you become a client, we keep the business and billing details needed to provide and invoice our services.
- Order data. To ship orders for our clients we process the recipient's name, address and order contents. We handle this information on behalf of the client who sent it to us.
- Website use. This website remembers your language choice in your browser. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, provide and invoice our services, ship orders, and keep our website and operations secure. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work: with carriers that deliver shipments, with the marketplaces and platforms a client asks us to work with, with service providers such as our hosting and email providers, and with authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@osgecllc.com. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that seller first, as they control your order information.
