What does Osgec 3PL do?
We are a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Hialeah, Florida. We receive your inventory, store it, prepare it for Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, ship your customer orders and handle returns.
I sell from outside the US. Can I work with you?
Yes. Many of our services are built for sellers abroad. Your shipment needs to clear US customs before it reaches us; your freight forwarder or customs broker handles that, and we coordinate the delivery with them.
How do I send you inventory?
Tell us what is coming: products, quantities and how it will arrive. Then ship cartons, pallets or a container to our Hialeah address. We unload, count and send you a receiving report.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders received by 3:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Which sales channels do you support?
Amazon (FBA prep and seller-fulfilled orders), Walmart (WFS prep and seller-fulfilled orders), eBay, Etsy and Shopify.
How do I keep track of my inventory?
We count your goods at receiving and send you regular inventory reports by email.
How is pricing calculated?
Each service has a published price on our pricing page, and you pay only for the services you use. Carrier shipping charges are billed separately.
Which products do you not accept?
Hazardous and flammable materials, loose lithium batteries, tobacco, vape products and alcohol, refrigerated or perishable goods, and weapons and ammunition. Shelf-stable food, supplements, cosmetics and medical devices need our approval before you ship.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. We receive returns, inspect them and put sellable items back into stock. For the rest we follow your instructions.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes, by appointment during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
